Mother’s Day Idea

I created this Mother’s Day gift idea for Glue Dots®.

I started with a leftover jar … this one once held Rusty Pickle buttons. I’ve also seen them at JoAnn’s for $1.

I cut out the label using the Styled Labels Bigz Die from Tim Holtz/Sizzix and paper from Prima.

I then stamped the word “Love” using Hero Arts stamps.

I attached the label to the jar using Glue Lines®. This way, I could make sure all of the edges were adhered well.

Then, using Craft Glue Dots®, I attached several varieties of Prima flowers.

Finally, using Micro Glue Dots®, I added a little metal butterfly charm from My Mind’s Eye.

I filled my jar with dried rose petals, but you could use any potpourri to make a simple, yet elegant, gift from Mom.

I wrote this while on the Glue Dots® design team.
